A Workout Routine You Can Complete In Your Bedroom

It’s the first of September and that means that the weather is going to start getting cool. Due to the change of weather many of us choose to keep our daily workouts inside instead of trekking to the cold outdoors. If you’ve been looking for a fun and fulfilling workout that you can perform in the comfort of your own bedroom then we’ve got a great workout routine for you!

The Moves

Face-Down Hip External Rotation: for this move lie face down with your arms folded under your head and your legs extended straight behind you. Taking your right knee, bend it slightly and then have it pointed out and rested onto the floor. Taking your foot, place it onto the back of your left leg while keeping your hips on the floor. Contract your right glute and then lift your right knee a few inches off the ground, but do not allow your hips to move. Pause while holding the move and then place your leg back down. That entire move counts as one rep.
Windshield Wiper: While lying flat on your back, bend your knees and lift your legs so that your thighs are above your hips. Place your palms onto the floor and lower your legs to the left side making sure to keep your legs together. Try to bring your legs as far to the left as possible without moving your right shoulder. Repeat the move on both sides.
