There’s nothing we love more than an invigorating at-home workout. Heading out to the gym, especially once the weather gets colder, can be such a drag. Now, instead of running out to the treadmills, you can have a great workout in the comfort of your own home! Here are some easy and great moves that don’t involve any equipment at all.

The first basic move is the split squat. This move is going to workout your quads and calves. To start, place your hands by your sides with your left foot in front of your right one. Next, lower your body down but keeping your torso straight. Your back knee should be touching the ground by this point. Hold the position and then push yourself back up to starting position. Repeat for 10 reps and then switch legs.

The next move is the pistol squat. With this move you’re going to be working out your quads, glutes, hamstrings, abs and lower back. Start off by holding your arms out in front of you so that they’re parallel to the floor. Lift your left leg off the floor and stay put while keeping your right leg straight. Lower your body down while pushing your hips back. While you lower yourself down lift your right leg up so that it stays straight and doesn’t touch the floor. Hold the position and then lift yourself back up to start. Repeat for 10 reps and then switch legs.

These two moves will have your body toned in no time!
