Bruce Lee strength – without gym

In the immortal words of Bruce Lee:

“Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless – like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”

There can be no doubt that Bruce Lee stands for everything that is cool about getting fit and staying in good shape. When he tragically died, he had the body of a 17 year old. He was famous for performing pushups – on one finger!

And he did it all without needing to ever step into a gym, use expensive equipment or use miraculous supplements.
