Fruits and vegetables decrease endometrial cancer. Selenium has shown to decrease ovarian cancers. The World Cancer Research Foundation states that carotenoids, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C possibly decrease risks of cancer in these areas. In older women, increase in weight increases risk two to three times in endometrial cancer, while in younger women increased weight increases the risk 1.2 to 1.8 times. Physical activity was found inconsistent in these types of cancers.
