It’s time to get up off of that couch and get to work on shaping your thighs! Forget about those hour-long workouts that take up so much of your time. It’s time to give way to this super fun and quick workout that will have you wondering why you haven’t been investing into these moves sooner!
The first move in this quickie workout is going to be the Gate Swings with Cross. For this move, start by placing your feet wider than shoulder-width apart with your toes pointing outward. Squat down, then jump while moving your left foot in front of the right foot. Repeat the move over by squatting down and then placing your right foot in front of your left! Perform this move for roughly 30 seconds.
The next simple move is some Side Lunges. Start with your feet together and then step out to the side with your right foot and then lower yourself down into a squat position. Be sure to keep your left leg straight while performing the squat. Quickly bring your right foot in and then hop on over on the left foot. Continue repeating from side to side.
The last move we have for you guys is the Bridge With Knees Together. So for this move, you’re going to want to pull out your yoga mat and lay with your back down and knees bent. Keep your feet on the floor and your arms at your side. Taking a small pillow or yoga block, place it in between your knees. Squeeze your knees and then slowly raise up your hips and then lower them back down. Continue this movement for about a minute.
