Do you know what the best time is to help rejuvenate your tired skin? Night time, when you’re sleeping. Just as your body needs to recharge from the day’s activities, your skin needs to repair and rebuild, too, mostly from nasty free radicals. The good news is that is exactly what happens when you’re off in dream land. However, as you get older, this process gets slower. But you can actually help with your skin’s cell turnover, again, while you sleep by simply applying a good moisturizer before you jump into bed. This hHomemade Cacay Night Cream is really dreamy, and cacay oil being the skin superstar that it is, it really gets the job done.

What To Do:
First thing to do is melt the beeswax and the almond oil in a double boiler. When that’s ready, remove from flame and add in the aloe very juice, green tea, rose water, and Cacay oil. Mix well and you are done.
Now, when it comes to applying this homemade cacay night cream, always start with a clean face. After all, although we’ve all been guilty of it a time or two, you should never sleep with your makeup on. So giving your face and neck a good, gentle scrub is a must. Now once you’ve gotten rid of all that, along with any dirt and grime, pat your face dry then apply along with whatever other products you may use. A good retinol eye cream is advised.
Gently massage all over your face an neck in a circular motion making sure that the skin absorbs all the good stuff. Then get in the sheets and turn off the lights. Do this every night.
