Homemade Vitamin Water

Water is absolutely good for you. So naturally, you would think that vitamin water is even better. For those of you who don’t know what vitamin water is, it is basically what it sounds like- distilled water fortified with vitamins as well as some artificial sweetener or flavoring of sorts.

vitamin waterHow could this possibly go wrong? Well, when buying some branded, mass produced vitamin water from your local grocery store, there are a couple of concerns that should be raised,  like how stable the added vitamins are in the water after sitting on the shelves for long periods of time or what about the possibly negative effects of the artificial sweeteners or flavorings?

Well, you can make your own vitamin water right at home. Check out some of these great recipes.
