Who has the time to incorporate millions of different workout moves all to get a full body routine?! Not us, and we’re pretty sure that most of you don’t have the time either! Life hands us all responsibilities that we must look after and keeping our bodies healthy is a huge responsibility in itself. Don’t allow your body to suffer in the midst of your everyday life. We’ve found a workout hack that will have your entire body worked out in a matter of minutes. All you need for this move is a pair of dumbbells.

The move is called the overhead dumbbell split squat. To begin hold the pair of dumbbells over your head so that they are directly over your shoulders. Make sure to keep your arms entirely straight. Stand in a staggered stance with your left foot in front of your right foot. Then, slowly position your body as far low as your can. Hold this position and then quickly push yourself back up to the starting stance. That entire movement counts for one rep. In order to really feel the burn throughout your entire body, complete ten reps on each side of your leg for about two to three sets.

This workout move is so simple that just about anyone can complete with ease. So why spend your mornings on a million different workout routines when you can focus all of your energies on one move that will workout your entire body?!
