No matter which group you belong to, finding cool new ways to get into the spirit of your exercise routine is a great way to motivate yourself to get that body you’ve always wanted. This week, we discovered this one amazing move that works out your abs, glutes, and shoulders. The move is known as the kneeling single-arm press and you’ll be rocking an out of this world body after engaging in it.

To start the move out, kneel down on your left knee while keeping your right foot flat on the ground. Both of your knees should be at a 90-degree angle. Grabbing a dumbbell in a weight that you’re comfortable with, hold it in your left hand next to your left shoulder. Press the weight upward toward the ceiling until you have completely straightened your arm. Bring your arm back down to starting position. Repeat the movement for about 10-15 reps. Once you’ve completed all of the reps, kneel down on your right knee and shift the weight over to your right arm. Once again, repeat the same amount of reps to evenly distribute the workout throughout your body. This one easy to do move will become your new workout favorite as you start to see killer results.
