Weight Loss Diet Plan

Obesity or over weight is a dangerous health condition in men and women. It creates different serious health issues. To over come this problem is a major concern to keep the body fit and healthy. The cause of overweight is easy lifestyle and high calories diet. We must look into the problem seriously before it is too late. The weight loss expert recommend the following diet plan to lose weight effectively.

Breakfast: Take brown bread with an egg and tea or coffee with sugar.
Lunch: Steamed fish or chicken piece, steamed vegetables with fresh salad
Dinner: Steamed fish or chicken piece, steamed vegetables with fresh salad

If you feel hunger or you have the habit to take tea in between the these meals then you must have diet tea.

Diet Tea: Take six cup of water , boiled it and mix a cinnamon stick and one spoon paste of ginger and garlic. Then mix 1/4 table spoon of nigella seed, 1/4 tea spoon of fenugreek seeds and 1/4 tea spoon of carom seeds in it.  Remove the pot from the burner and cover it up and leave it for five minutes. Now it’s ready to use.
