BLACK COFFEE IS FULL OF ANTIOXIDANTS
I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again, and I’ll probably keep on saying it especially here on this site, (along with a couple other stay young “mantras” that my avid readers are sure to know about)…
ANTIOXIDANTS = ANTI AGING.
You see, in case you are a first time reader, or if you just want a refresher, antioxidants fight off those nasty free radicals that can do some serious skin damage, such as dry skin, wrinkles, and sag. Not serious enough? Free radicals may even lead to skin cancer.
The more antioxidants you take, the lower your risk. And a cup a joe, although may not exactly be the best source of antioxidants, is still a source none the less.
BLACK COFFEE IS A VASODILATOR
Black coffee is a vaso-WHAT? A vasodilator is something that dilates the blood vessels, which basically means that it kind of relaxes and opens up the blood vessels making the blood flow much easier without having the heart have to work any harder (so it actually helps lower blood pressure too). So what does all of this have to do with your skin?
Being a vasodilator, it has been proven to help “neutralize” those dark circles under your eyes as it helps reduce the size of the blood vessels in that area. Pair it with some vitamin K and probably some eye cream, then you are on the way to being (eye) baggage free.
Plus, coffee has also been known to reduce the puffiness under your eyes due to stress or those long all nighters.
BLACK COFFEE HAS ANTI INFLAMMATORY PROPERTIES
Caffeine has actually been known to tighten your skin. This, of course, means less sag, less wrinkles. Another effect, benefit rather, of the ant inflammatory properties that you get from black coffee is clearer skin. You see, chronic inflammation can lead to certain diseases, such as diabetes (which, by the way, may lead to dry patches of skin), but can also lead to acne. (not as threatening, but still pretty serious).

Simple math really, the anti inflammatory properties in coffee help fight off inflammation, leaving your with healthier and clearer skin.
